My roommates have gotten into the holiday spirit by cooking. In November it was all about cupcakes. We had big cupcakes, mini cupcakes, flavored cupcakes, all kinds of cupcakes. This month it's been all about cookies. The house decided to host a cookie party for all our friends. Amy and Sara baked sugar cookies for everyone to decorate and I made No Bake Cookies and Cranberry Walnut Cookies. The walnut cookies were a first time experiment and turned out good even though I forgot to add the brown sugar. Amy's friend Courtney made everyone aprons and they were so cute. 
Thanks for all the Christmas cards. I finally finished our family Christmas card and will be mailing them tomorrow. Be watching!On tap for this weekend....a double date to Estes Park for lunch and shopping, a trip to Red Lobster with the girls, a quick visit with out of town friends Lori and Dave, and then I am catching a flight home on Tuesday for Christmas.
