I hope everyone had a great St. Patrick's Day. My roommate Amy and our friends Laura and Ellie took the day off and had a girls day. We went to lunch at the best Sushi restaurant in Boulder and spent the rest of the day shopping on Pearl Street. Here are pictures of my St. Patrick's t-shirt.
My office "fool proof" garden is coming along nicely. The bean stock is growing rapidly and my co-worker's corn is out of control. We are going to plant both of them next week outside the office and see how they grow. We are still waiting for the peppers to grow but the herbs are growing nicely.
